Returns & Warranty

Hardware

Any hardware items purchased through either our website (vape98.com.au) or in-person at our store is subject to our return policy which is as follows:

The statutory warranty period for vaping products in Australia is three months from the date of purchase. However, if the problem in question is due to a manufacturing defect or fault and not user error, we'll be more than happy to allow a return after the three month period. This applies to any non-consumable items such as mods, tanks, kits & battery chargers)

Consumable products such as coils and batteries are subject to separate terms which are as follows:

  • Coils
We accept returns of unopened coils as we understand that buying the wrong ones can happen pretty easily. However, we do urge our customers to double check which coils they need for their device before purchasing. Almost all vaporisers list their make and model somewhere on the device, generally on the underside of the tank. This information can be used to find out what type of coils it requires.
  • Batteries (Li-Ion 18350, 18650, 20700, 21700)
As batteries degrade with use, we offer a 14 day warranty from date of purchase to ensure the batteries you receive are in working order. Please note that it is your responsibility to immediately test any battery you purchase upon receipt to ensure that it is discharging normally and capable of being recharged.

Vape Juice & Concentrates

We do not accept the return of vape juice or concentrates as both are consumable, food grade products. Please understand that taste is subjective and that no single vape juice will be loved by everyone. If you'd like more information about our flavours before you buy, feel free to contact us either by phone or through our website here.

Important Information

Returns can be processed either through our store in-person or by sending in your faulty product through the post after contacting us. Both methods require proof of purchase.

Any products which are sent back to us will be tested. Should your product be in working order you will have to pay to have it sent back to you so please ensure that you have taken all measures to troubleshoot your issue before sending back your product (ie. Reading the instruction booklet that came with the device, researching the problem online or contacting us). Of course, if the product is indeed faulty, we'll cover the cost of having it returned to you.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return and warranty policy, please contact us here.
